Congratulations on your graduation! Please fill out and submit the form below regarding your grad dress alterations. Submitting this form is the first step in the alteration process but does not book an appointment or reserve your spot in my calendar. I will reply to your email to confirm your spot and discuss the process!

I acknowledge that an alteration contract will be signed at the first fitting and upon pick up. I will bring a parent/guardian with me to these fittings if I am under 18 years old.

I agree to bring the correct shoes and undergarments to every fitting to ensure a proper fit.

I acknowledge that The Alteration Shoppe books fittings between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays and that I may require between two and four fittings for my dress to fit properly. These business hours will work with my schedule.
